Inventory accuracy

Inventory information is only useful when it reflects real operational conditions. Update inventory as part of the normal workflow rather than waiting for discrepancies to accumulate.

When something looks wrong

1. 1Confirm you are viewing the correct product.
2. 2Review recent order or operational activity that may have affected inventory.
3. 3Confirm another user has not already made the adjustment.
4. 4Correct the underlying record rather than creating a duplicate product.
