Inventory accuracy

Inventory information is only useful when it reflects real operational conditions. Update inventory as part of the normal workflow rather than waiting for discrepancies to accumulate.

When something looks wrong

  1. Confirm you are viewing the correct product.
  2. Review recent order or operational activity that may have affected inventory.
  3. Confirm another user has not already made the adjustment.
  4. Correct the underlying record rather than creating a duplicate product.
