Before you begin

Workspace settings affect how your BatchBase account represents your business. Complete the primary business information before inviting additional users or entering large amounts of production data.

Workspace setup checklist

  • Confirm the business or organization name.
  • Review business contact information.
  • Review locations used by your operation.
  • Confirm user access and roles.
  • Review billing and subscription information.
  • Configure products and operational information needed for orders.

Keep your workspace current

Update your workspace whenever your business information, team structure, locations, or operating process changes. Keeping the workspace current prevents confusion later when users are working with orders and customer records.
